For international leaders and expatriate families
Why ROOTS™ exists?
International mobility prepares professionals for everything—logistics, contracts, schooling, housing—except for the most human aspect: the quiet reconfiguration of identity that occurs when leaving everything familiar behind.
ROOTS™ was created to support that internal transition with the same rigor companies apply to the external one.
Because when a leader or a family undergoes an international move without that support, the cost is real—in terms of well-being, relationships, decision-making ability, and the sense of belonging.
This program is for those who refuse to merely survive their expatriation—for those who want to understand what is truly happening within and rebuild themselves from that foundation.
What ROOTS™ achieves:
ROOTS™ has one goal: to help you rebuild a solid sense of identity, belonging, and direction—so you know who you are and how you want to live, wherever you are in the world.
It's not about "how do I adapt?" but "who am I becoming—and how do I want to build my life from here?"
By the end, confusion becomes clarity, fragmentation becomes integration, and survival mode becomes genuine capacity to thrive—not despite the transition, but through it.
The goal isn't to return to who you were. It's to build something more complete.
> You understand what's been happening inside you.
> You recover your internal compass—values, direction, purpose.
> You integrate who you're becoming without abandoning who you were.
> You design a life that's meaningful, not just functional.
> You develop the resources to sustain your growth on your own.
> You stop surviving the transition. You begin to lead it.

What the process looks like.
ROOTS™ is a 12-week, fully personalized 1:1 accompaniment process — conducted entirely online, in English, Spanish or French.
How It Works
ROOTS™ begins with the Assessment: a 90-minute diagnostic session, preceded by an intake questionnaire and followed by a personalized written report.
It's a real working session—you leave with a clear map of where you are and what you need, whether or not you continue with the full program.
The program itself unfolds across five phases: RECOGNIZE, ORIENT, OWN, THRIVE, and SUSTAIN.
Each has a precise objective, tools drawn from psychotherapy, art therapy, and mentoring, and clear indicators of progress.
Sessions are 60–75 minutes, weekly, and adapt in real time to your pace and process—built around your history, your family system, your professional context, your goals.
No two ROOTS™ processes are the same. Because no two transitions are.
Here you will find an explanation of each of the modules.
